About the Summits

Over the next 12 months, we’re taking entrepreneurs on a journey; one summit, one canvas block at a time. We’re hosting 9 Summits across 9 provinces, and at each one, we’re unpacking a different building block of the Business Model Canvas; from Value Proposition to Customer Segments, Channels, Revenue Streams, and beyond. But here’s the game-changer: Each summit will include a recorded masterclass of that topic, meaning even if you miss a summit in a specific region, you can still catch up and build your canvas from wherever you are. This is not just an event. It’s a journey of strategic growth.

Beyond the Canvas: Real Connections, Real Opportunities.

While each summit is grounded in the Business Model Canvas, we’re going beyond the theory and into the real world of building sustainable businesses. We’re inviting corporates to the table; not just to talk, but to open the gates. Entrepreneurs will gain insight into what it takes to be listed on vendor databases and what corporate buyers are really looking for when sourcing from SMMEs. It’s about access to markets, demystified, decoded, and delivered.

 

To keep entrepreneurs compliant and contract-ready, we’re also bringing in key business development service providers including SARS, CIPC, and SEDFA to guide SMMEs on the non-negotiables of compliance. Because knowledge is one thing, but knowing how to apply it? That’s where the power lies.

 

And yes, we’re opening up exhibition space for SMMEs in each region  because entrepreneurs shouldn’t just attend the summit, they should show up and show off. This is your time to connect, sell, build leads, and leave with tangible opportunities.
